Shipping & Exchanges
All orders (mon. - fri) before 16:00 will be shipped at the same day.
Shipping The Netherlands:
All orders will be shipped from our distribution center. You will receive your order the next working day when ordered before 16:00. All orders will be shipped with PostNL. When your order is completed you will automatically receive a confirmation email with track & trace.
Shipping Worldwide:
The shipping time depends on the country you're from. Shipping in The Netherlands and Belgium would be 1-2 working days. Within Europe the shipping time would be between 2 - 4 working days. All orders outside of Europe will be shipped with Express Delivery to make your receivement within a week.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can make a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. When the product is not how you like'd it we ask you to contact us via our contactpage or info@lesbrutes.com. Please fill in the next information:
- First & lastname
- Order number
- Return or exchange?
- Reason return or exchange (optional)
Conditions Returs:
Les Brutes only takes back unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. When the products contains dirt, smells like parfum or cigarettes we do not take back the product. Make sure all attachements are there. Only return your order in the same condition as you received it > in a package and freshly new. When your return meets the requirements you may send the package to:

When the return does not meet the requirements we send back the products to the customer on customers costs.
Note: Shipping costs for returns from a (partly) order are for your own costs. Sale items cannot be returned. Exchanging sale items for different sizes is possible. Shipping costs for exchanging items are free.
